This morning, I woke up and discovered that I had no voice whatsoever and I knew that I was not even going to try to go to work because talking hurts so bad.

I managed to organize both my cooking items and lunch items before taking a little nap. I made some lunch and then it's back to relaxing.

Hopefully I will get my voice back sooner than later. I did decided to call out of work tomorrow around 5pm for Thursday which means that I won't have dutch again.

 Welcome back to another four day work vlog. This week, I was sick for most of the week and made it to work for two days before losing my voice.

Monday: I went to work and it was fine but you can tell that I do not feel the best. The kids were okay but I am ready to go home and relax.

This morning, I got up and went over to my grandma's house to help her pick up some flowers and then to do somethings for her. I was also able to pick some raspberries and they are yummy.

Then I came back home for a few minutes to put on seat covers and then went up to my sister's house where we spent the rest of the afternoon celebrating my niece's 6th birthday about one month early.

Then I came back home and just relaxed for the rest of the night.

Spring came with someone new entering my life however it turned out to be short-lived because he passed away in early April.

I woke up this morning after working late on door dash. I found out that my uncle betrayed my trust by not keeping to his word. I will not relive that part.

We had a family gathering after going to the flower sale for my grandma. It was a nice day.

I actually forgot that today was the anniversary of my great-uncle. I was left in a really raw mood by the treatment from both my aunt and my uncle. 

I had an okay time with my family as we were celebrating Mother's day and my nephew's second birthday. I can't believe that he is two years old.

I got home and decided that I just wanted to go to the river to think. I watched the sunset.

I got down to Salem and then waited for about three hours before heading back home. I had texted and called him to get him to talk to find out what happen. He did not answer the phone or any of my text messages but now I know why around 4:30pm

It turned out that he passed away. I ended up going up to my parents house.

Today marks the anniversary of my best-friend's passing.

Work Vlog: February 2 to 6

 I can't believe that we are already in February! 

Monday: Today was a surprise day with the kids. I was supposed to have ten children but I ended up with five kids. It was a good day with the kids.

Tuesday: Today was another good day with the kids as I had seven and quickly dropped down two kids when we were outside.

Wednesday: Today was another good day with the kids.

Thursday: Today was a rough day with one of the kids because they let him come in even through his dad said that he was not coming.

Friday: Today was another rough day with the same child because they will not send him home.

 Happy Birthday to my cousin and today marks one week until Valentine's Day 2026.

Weekend Vlog: January 30 to February 1

 Welcome back to the last weekend of January! 

Friday: I started to do my laundry and then caught up my blogs. I also went to dollar tree and spent a little bit to much but that's okay.

Saturday: I started the day with the hopes of finishing my laundry and then caught up with the work vlogs and weekend vlogs before going to the casino. I had also change the calendar.

Sunday: I decided to go to the movies before going to the store. Then I came back to work on work things that I needed to get done. Also I needed to work on the weekend vlog recap.

 Welcome back to the the first full work week of 2026! How is it this week one of the worst weeks to date?!

Monday: Today was okay.

Tuesday: Today was bad with the kids or mostly one kid because she got three kids scratched.

Wednesday: Today was another bad day with the kids as she got another few kids scrated. I ended up having to move one of the kids.

Thursday: Today was an okay day since we ended up moving the problem child up for the day.

Friday: Today was another okay day with the kids.

 Welcome back to another week in my life! This one will go from December 28 to January 1st.

Sunday: I ended up coming up to my parents house until either Tuesday or Wednesday. It will most likely be Wednesday when I go back down.

Monday: Today I worked on catching up on my blog and relaxing.

Tuesday: Today is my birthday but we only did what my parents wanted to do today.

Wednesday: I spent the day getting ready for 2026! I made sure to get everything that I needed to get done today done. I did wake up to DRAMA and ABUSE from my dad's mom.

Thursday: I made it to midnight as the ball drop. I also worked on some cleaning and putting away most of the Christmas items.

I made it to midnight but barely. I went to bed before 12:30am and slept until nine am before getting up to do some chores.

I packed up most of the Christmas items and did some laundry.

I also worked on planning and also blogs. I also had to reset all the alarms for work and bed time

This morning, I woke up to a very rude text from my dad's mom. I really was confused by what she meant but I will say this, it's not my responiblity to reach out when it's MY Birthday.

I packed and went to go home. Before I got home, I went to get dutch bros. I managed to get a few things done before I called it good for today.

About twenty minutes before midnight, I started to fall asleep but it's okay if I don't make it to midnight.

I also wrote my day in the life and also the week in the life.

This morning, I changed the blog title from Life as a 35 year old to Life as a 36 year old.

We went to drop the dog off for his spa day and then went to get breakfast. We then went to the bank and then went to get Dutch Bros. We then went to go pick up the dog and get gas.

We took him back up to the house and then went to the doctor's office for my dad before heading to Wal-Mart.

We came back to the house and just relaxed for the night.

Week in my life: December 23 to 27

Welcome back to another week in my life. During the Winter break, I love to write these because they are recapping the week.

Tuesday: Today I was able to finally clean out my car before the rain hit.

Wednesday: I started to feel better finally after almost a week of being sick. Today is also Christmas Eve and I was able to go up to my parents house.

Thursday: Today we unwrapped Christmas presents at night for the first time.

Friday: I went to go see a movie and then went home to relax. I also took down the Christmas Tree.

Saturday: We had a Christmas party to go to.

Friday: I went to go see a movie with my dad before heading home to relax and clean up a little bit.

Saturday: I just relaxed this morning and then got ready for the Christmas party with my family.

Sunday: I managed to come back up to the house and then just relaxed for the rest of the day before going to bed.

This morning, we did not do our normal Christmas tradition where we unwrapped Christmas presents since my dad had to work.

We drove up to my sister's house and watched the kids unwrapped their presents before coming back to the house to unwrapped our presents.

This morning, I woke up and got ready to watch some Christmas movies before packing to go up to my parents' house.

I went to get Dutch bros and then went to get gas. I made it up there and started to wrap presents for a little bit before relaxing and watching Christmas movies.

This afternoon I was able to go to Dutch Bros and get my after work drink before heading home to clean out my car. 

Then I cleaned the kitchen and then relaxed before making dinner. I also made sure to turn off my alarms for the rest of the year. 

I wrote my last work vlog of 2025 before going to bed.

Today marks the first workday of 2026 and how badly I wish that we waited until Monday to start with the kids but no.

Welcome and Happy New Year!

 Just like I did with Life as 30-year-old, I decided to relaunch a new blog once I hit 10-year milestone on the blog.

I started it's all about her perspective in December 2015 and it quickly turned into a blog that I have had for ten years.

Thank you all for being a part of that journey and I can't wait to see what this year will come on this blog. 

In January, we have three birthdays and New Years! We have one day off of work which happens to be today.
